How It Works

1. Horse Submissions and Review

In addition to horses that our team selects - Fans, Owners, and Trainers also can submit horses that they think should be listed for purchase.

Every horse is manually reviewed and vetted for:

• Health and soundness * as best as possible

• Competitive potential

• Stable and trainer reputation

✅ Only horses that meet our quality and care standards are approved for listing.

2. Investment in a Specific Horse LLC

When you become a partial owner of a horse, you are not investing in the platform itself —
You are purchasing an ownership share solely for that specific horse.

Steps - Find a horse you like → Financially join the community for that specific horse → Enjoy the ride

This protects your investment and keeps it tied directly to the horse you choose.

3. Follow Your Horse’s Journey

Once your investment is complete, you’ll get exclusive updates on:

• Training progress

• Race entries

• Race results

• Earnings distributions (if applicable depending on race results)

-Joining the ownership community involves risk, including the likelihood that zero to minimal profits will be made.

Decision Authority:
All material decisions, unless otherwise stated, regarding the management, training, racing, breeding, retirement, or sale of the Horse shall be made solely by the Manager from Paddock Pat, in their reasonable discretion, acting in the best interests of the Horse and the LLC members as a whole.

From time to time, Paddock Pat may seek non-binding input from the LLC members via surveys or polls, but such input shall not be controlling or binding on the Manager.

🏁 Exit Strategies:

1. Claiming – Horse runs in claiming races and could be claimed by another owner.

2. Private Sale – If the horse increases in value (e.g., stakes win), they may sell privately.

3. Breeding – Fillies/mares may become broodmares, and colts may be sold as stallion prospects.

4. Retirement – If unsound or underperforming, they are retired, sometimes with partner charity organizations.

   Refund Option for Early Exit: If the horse is retired or claimed early, proportional refunds of unused expense pool will be offered.
